What should the torque on my lock should be set?
Applicable to:
6700 Mechanical spin dial lock
Sargent and Greenleaf presets the torque in the locks and should not have to be reset or adjusted in the field. In the event that you should need to reset or correct the torque adjustments in your lock, torque friction should be set to 20 inch ounces.
