Butterfly Knob is no Longer Springy
When I turn the dial to zero and turn the butterfly knob,
it is no longer springy and is loose.

Problem:
When I turn the dial to zero and turn the butterfly knob, it is no longer springy and is loose.
Cause:
The over center spring in the cam has broken.
