Over come a stuck lever in my S & G lock

Applicable to:
6700 Mechanical spin dial lock

  1. Dial the combination in as normal.
  2. On the very last rotation back to the right stop the dial on the number 8.
  3. When stopped on 8 use a rubber mallet and pound the door several times to loosen a possible stuck lever (Note: DO NOT POUND THE DIAL, JUST THE DOOR!!!!).
  4. Continue on from 8 until the normal stopping point.
  5. Try to open door.
  6. Repeat as many times as necessary.
