Modular Safe Room/Storm ShelterVault Pro's Custom Modular Safe Rooms can be built into many shapes & sizes.  Some Vault Pro Safe Rooms require the pieces to be cut and built in small panels so they can be moved thru a home or office and assembled in a location that isn't easily assessable to large pieces.  Some are built so large they have to be shipped on flat-bed trucks and craned off at their location, set in place on a foundation and will likely never to be moved. Others can be as large as we can make them so long as they are deliverable by lift gate truck. This is one of those.Shelter Safe Room with Emergency Escape HatchBuilt as large as possible and still able to be delivered by lift gate truck, this custom two piece Modular Safe Room/Storm Shelter is built using 3 gauge steel (1/4") and re-supported with U-Channel Reinforcements every 24" across every surface both vertically and horizontally.  By far exceeding all FEMA recommendations and ICC-500/361 standards this Storm Shelter/Safe Room also comes complete with Max-Fire 2300 Ceramic Fireproofing, two Closable Ballistic Resistant Vents, Full Stainless Steel Adorned Lighting, Electrical and completely paneled in a plush and attractive Tan Rontex material. Easy Entry with ADA Regulation In-Swing DoorEntry is easy thru an ADA (Americans with Disability Act) regulation In-swinging Elite Series 2" Step System Vault Door with a minimum of 36" clear thru space.  All Vault Pro Safe Room Doors are equipped with 18-bolt locking systems, multiple re-lockers, Internal Releases, American Made Digital Locks and seal snug and tight against Palusol® gaskets that are designed to swell and better seal the door in the case of fire.Escape hatch provides a secondary means of egress. In the case the main door is blocked by debris or distorted in a way that renders it unusable, no true Safe Room or Tornado Shelter is complete without a secondary means of egress.  Secondary means of egress can be accomplished by an In-swing hinged Executive Series Pro Hatch.  Keeping this hatch locked tight and sealed against the frame are 10 independently rotating locking bolts.  However, this Pro Escape Hatch is easily opened by a standard Internal Release simple enough that a five year old can operate it, open the hatch and exit the Safe Room.We build shelter - safe rooms to any size & standard.Vault Pro can custom build Safe Rooms, Storm Shelters and Safe Doors to match any standards, specifications, size or shape. As one of the many millions of responsible gun owners in this country, we understand the need for safety when handling and storing firearms. We all know the first rules of safe gun handling: Always treat a firearm as if it were loaded. Always check to see if there is a round in the chamber when handling a firearm. Always point the firearm in a safe direction in case of accidental discharge. As adults we teach these safety tips to young people who will be the firearms owners of the future. Unfortunately, children may not fully grasp the importance of these rules and may obtain access to firearms that have not been properly secured. This can lead to tragic incidents. Always make sure your weapons are safely secured when not in use. We should all follow the simple steps outlined below and supported by national gun rights groups, such as: NSSF and their ProjectChild Safe program, and the NRA. • Unloaded firearms should be stored in a locked gun safe when not in use. The storage location should not be accessible to children and secured with a locking mechanism with a combination only known by the responsible adult owner of the firearms. • Ammunition should be stored separate from firearms in a secure container, ideally in a safe. • Gun locking devices, such as a cable-style gun lock can provide an added layer of security. • Do a thorough check of ALL firearms being stored to make sure they are completely unloaded. This additional step can prevent accidental discharge when removing firearms from storage. We are proud supporters of the 2nd Amendment, which gives us the right to keep and bear arms. We also feel a great sense of responsibility to make sure we keep those arms safe and secure when not in use. Vault Pro safes far exceed all DOJ requirements and provide the best protection against break-ins and fire. Why we use only American made steel in our safes, vault doors and shelter walk-in vault rooms. Steel is at an all time high, but it is worth it for the strength and security that an American made steel safe brings you.
