Gold Storage Safe

The preferred unit of gold traded among gold reserves, central banks and bullion dealers is the 400-troy ounce gold ingot or gold bar (12.4 kg or 438.9 ounces).  At just under 28 lbs. per bar, the weight can add up in a hurry if you can afford to collect em. If you can afford to collect em, Vault Pro can build you a vault to keep em safe. We had a lot of fun building this custom safe. Like one we built for the United States Mint, we knew what was going into the safe (which makes it more interesting). This behemoth stands over 90" tall and is built specifically to Safe keep at least 500 lbs. of gold on each shelf. We knew our standard shelves weren't made to support 500 lbs. per shelf, but what will they hold was the question... check out our welders Stu & Juan testing the standard shelving. Pretty impressive. Four of our top welders; Omar, Juan, Stu, Manny. Over built using multiple layers of both Steel & Stainless, we included an American Made S&G Spy-Proof lock with locking dial, 4-way active bolt locking system and Titan 4+1 Re-locking system plus two remote & reverse firing re-lockers in this custom fit 2" Step System Door. Now that’s locked up! Thru-out the safe we included Max-Fire Ceramic 2300° Fireproofing, motion activated American Made L.E.D. Lighting & Electrical as well as custom heavy duty & adjustable shelves that were completely load tested to hold at least 750 lbs. per shelf (over 4000 lbs. using actual weights not welders).Gold Storage Safe next to one of our 80" tall vault doors.Check out the safe standing next to an 80" tall vault door (85" with flange & re-bar extensions) standing on a 5" pallet (90" total).  The safe is still taller and is as tall as I can build and still get it into a truck without having to lay it down.More exciting products coming.

Stay tuned.

As one of the many millions of responsible gun owners in this country, we understand the need for safety when handling and storing firearms. We all know the first rules of safe gun handling: Always treat a firearm as if it were loaded. Always check to see if there is a round in the chamber when handling a firearm. Always point the firearm in a safe direction in case of accidental discharge. As adults we teach these safety tips to young people who will be the firearms owners of the future. Unfortunately, children may not fully grasp the importance of these rules and may obtain access to firearms that have not been properly secured. This can lead to tragic incidents. Always make sure your weapons are safely secured when not in use. We should all follow the simple steps outlined below and supported by national gun rights groups, such as: NSSF and their ProjectChild Safe program, and the NRA. • Unloaded firearms should be stored in a locked gun safe when not in use. The storage location should not be accessible to children and secured with a locking mechanism with a combination only known by the responsible adult owner of the firearms. • Ammunition should be stored separate from firearms in a secure container, ideally in a safe. • Gun locking devices, such as a cable-style gun lock can provide an added layer of security. • Do a thorough check of ALL firearms being stored to make sure they are completely unloaded. This additional step can prevent accidental discharge when removing firearms from storage. We are proud supporters of the 2nd Amendment, which gives us the right to keep and bear arms. We also feel a great sense of responsibility to make sure we keep those arms safe and secure when not in use. Vault Pro safes far exceed all DOJ requirements and provide the best protection against break-ins and fire. Why we use only American made steel in our safes, vault doors and shelter walk-in vault rooms. Steel is at an all time high, but it is worth it for the strength and security that an American made steel safe brings you.
