The Monster wide vault door interior quick release handle. Standing seven foot tall, five feet wide with a 2" Steel Stepped Door and weighing in at well over 3000 pounds, this really is a "Monster Vault Door". Size alone sets this gargantuan American Made Vault Door in a class all of it's own.
Vault Pro designed the Monster Vault Door specifically to provide the highest level security and fire protection.
Multiple Heavy Duty Hinges along with a 1/2" Solid Steel Stepped Frame allow the 2" Solid Steel Stepped Door to swing smoothly. The 4-way bolt locking system includes 22-1½" & 360º rotating locking bolts to make cutting impossible. Only our Titan Quadruple +1 Relocking System and 1" Solid 60+ Rockwell Hard-plate will work to defend against both drill and punch attacks.
With Vault Pro's reputation for exacting specifications and tolerances, the Monster Vault Door is no slouch. The Monster Step System Door fits to within 1/16" of the Monster Step Frame to seal on at least five points for the most pry proof vault door available in today's market. ADA Accessible Vault Doors
Vault Pro builds the only American's with Disabilities Act or ADA Compliant Vault Doors. Lock and handle as well as the internal release can be lowered and the threshold is flat, so anyone in a wheel chair can utilize the door. Ball bearing hinges make this relatively heavy (about 1150 lbs. - *weight varies by model) door glide open and close with ease. Our new 45” standard size doors can all be built to ADA (Americans with Disability Act) standards by providing a walk thru clearance of at least 32” width with the door open at 90°, and will have no more than ¼” vertical raise in the threshold, with the exception of the Titan Series Door which has a ½” frame & threshold. In the case of the Titan Door, the ½” threshold will be beveled above the bottom ¼” to comply with ADA standards. At the time of order, you must state that you want the ADA specifications built into any and all step system doors, due to the fact that there cannot be a step system feature built into the frame at the threshold…it must be flat to accommodate wheel chairs. All handles used to open or operate ADA regulation doors will be below 48” in height and operate with less than 5 lbs. of force. ADA regulation doors can also be ordered with the lock and handle positioned at a lower height if desired at no additional charge (must be specified at time of order). Standard Texture Colors: Black, Brown, Gray, Dark Green and Burgundy.

After close inspection to ensure that cut dimensions are correct and that the steel is straight and true, our 1" solid steel door gets reinforced with the steel step system and bolt guide rails making it a 2" Step Door.
After the installation of the Ceramic (2300 degree) Fireproofing, standard fire-board, 60+ Rockwell hard plate, relockers and locking bolt system, the door gets hinged to a Stepped Frame that is built to match the exacting dimensions of the door to within 1/16". The end result is a door that fits snug and tight against dual Palusol® gaskets.
